The purpose of this letter is to provide updates to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) forms for Centrus Energy Corp. (Centrus); American Centrifuge Operating, LLC; American Centrifuge Technology, LLC; and American Centrifuge Enrichment, LLC. The updated OODEP forms provide the newest assignment of the Insider Threat Program Senior Official responsibility are provided as Enclosures I through 4 respectively. The documents have been executed by an individual shown on the OODEP Form.
It is requested that Enclosures I through 4 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to I 0 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(a)(6) and 9. l 7(a)(6), which state that personnel and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, are exempt from public disclosure. All enclosures contain personal information of this nature.
