OF THE AUGUST 30 - 31, 2022, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS SAFETY FEATURES OF THE OKLO DESIGN Between August 30 - 31, 2022, a closed meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Oklo to discuss key regulatory topics and operational programs related to its advanced reactor design.

The closed meeting notice can be found in Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under Accession No. ML22234A288. This meeting notice was posted on the NRC public website as a closed meeting because the discussion topics are considered proprietary commercial information that should be withheld from public disclosure. Enclosed is the list of participants (Enclosure 1). A detailed meeting overview (Enclosure 2) and the meeting slides (Enclosure 3) contain proprietary information and therefore, are not available to the public.
