Enclosed is an application (XSNM3831), dated August 24, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from ALARA Logistics as Agent for U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. The application requests the export of low-enriched uranium to Belgium for fuel qualification testing at the Belgian Nuclear Research Reactor.
Assurances from EURATOM that the material will be subject to all the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
