VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT, UNIT 4 - INDIVIDUAL NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE, PROPOSED NO SIGNIFICANT HAZARDS CONSIDERATION DETERMINATION, AND OPPORTUNITY FOR A HEARING (EPID L-2022-LLA-0130)

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has forwarded the enclosed notice of consideration of issuance of amendment to facility operating license, proposed no significant hazards consideration determination, and opportunity for a hearing, to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
This notice relates to your application dated September 2, 2022, in which you request NRC review of proposed changes to Inspections, Tests, Analyses, and Acceptance Criteria (ITAAC) in combined license Appendix C with corresponding changes to the associated plant-specific Tier 1 information, and an exemption from elements of the design as certified in the Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 52, Appendix D, design certification rule for the plant-specific Design Control Document Tier 1 material departures.
