Purpose Introduce and provide NRC with technical information regarding an amendment for Revision 11 of the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) to expand payload content parameters of the RAJ-II container, Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 9309.

Summary of RAJ-II SAR Amendment No package or hardware modifications.
Increase allowed Uranium-235 (U-235) enrichment up to 8 wt. 0/o for GNF 1 Ox1 0 fuel bundle and loose light water rod contents.
Increase Criticality Safety Index (CSI) for increased U-235 enrichment content (>5 wt. 0/o ).
New content will be introduced as an amendment to the RAJ-II SAR.
Minor administrative SAR updates will also be provided.
A proposed RAJ-II CoC mark-up will be provided as part of the amendment submittal.
