ISSUANCE OF AMENDED REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES NR-1494-D-101-B, NR-1494-D-102-B, NR-1494-D-103-B, NR-1494-D-104-B, NR-1494-D-105-B, AND NR-1494-D-106-G
Dear Mr. Young:
This letter is in response to the AIS Gaugings letter dated June 9, 2022, requesting the addition of a sealed source model and address change for NR-1494-D-101-B. As part of its review the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff also updated the addresses for registration certificates NR-1494-D-102-B, NR-1494-D-103-B, NR-1494-D-104-B, NR-1494-D-105-B, and NR-1494-D-106-G. Please find the amended registration certificates enclosed.
Please be advised that you must distribute the product in accordance with the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificate. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificate before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted to obtain the certificates.
Please note that a certificate of registration, by itself, does not convey authorization for possession or distribution of radioactive sources or devices. An NRC issued license is required for possession and distribution of radioactive materials, sources, or devices.
Please read over the registration certificate in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
You are obligated to notify us promptly in writing if you decide to no longer manufacture, distribute, or offer service support for the product.
