REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMAT ION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MODEL NO. CR3MP PACKAGE, dated June 24, 2022.
Dear Mr. Saverot:
This letter regards Docket No. 71-9393 Crystal River 3 Middle Package (CR3MP) and Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) No. L2021-NEW- 0003.
We have received and reviewed the RAIs sent to us by letter dated June 24, 2022 (Reference 1) on the CR3MP license application. After reviewing the amount of calculation work that must be performed, we have determined that we will be unable to meet the proposed schedule submittal of responses date of October 15, 2022. Due to resource constraints, we need to delay our response due date to November 21, 2022.
