Thank you for the email below. PG&E has entered this issue into the corrective action program and will revise the column header to read Design Evaluation Value for UFSAR Tables 3.4-2 and 3.4-3. This revision will be included in the next biennial update submitted to the NRC.

This email is to clarify Revision 10 of PG&Es Humboldt Bay FSAR update dated August 2020. This FSAR update included incorporation of Appendix D from PG&Es renewal application dated November 4, 2019.
The staff noted that Appendix D indicated edits to FSAR Tables 3.4-2 and 3.4-3, including changing the middle column header from Design Value to Design Evaluation Value, and that the FSAR update does not appear to include this specific change.
The staff believe that these FSAR changes are required by the HB license and need to be made. Can you please advise about whether PG&E will address this edit in its next FSAR update?
