WITHDRAWAL OF OKLO, INC. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS TOPICAL REPORT
Dear Mr. Moore:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter Oklo Inc. Emergency Preparedness Topical Report, dated August 4, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22216A178) that requested the withdrawal of the recently submitted topical report. The subject topical report was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in your letter dated June 24, 2022, located in ML22175A155.
Based on discussions with you, we understand and accept your reason for withdrawing the topical report. We also understand that you will be updating the contents of the report.
The NRC staff has stopped the review of the subject topical report and will be closing the associated Cost Activity Code used to support fee-billing. The NRC staff looks forward to future discussions with you on this topic.
