The purpose of the meeting is to get your affirmation on SECY 78-99, as amended by SECY 78-99-A.

The subject is an Amendment to Table S-3 of 10 CFR Part 51 and an addendum to SECY 77-449 that deals-with the response 2

of the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, Petition for Rulemaking to Amend Table S-3.

You had an original paper which reeommendeda Federal Register Notice and a reply to the petitioner.

You met on the matter back in March asking staff to come back with a new Federal Register Notice.

They did that on the 27th of March which was SECY 78-99-A.

So that Federal Register Notiee was then the subject of a meeting chaired by the General Counsel last week to resolve some questions and it is my understanding those questions were resolved.

I have the Federal Register Notice as it has been presented to us by the General Counsel and to which I understand all of you have agree~.

Can I ask you to affirm your vote?
