If we could come to order.
The first item on the Commission's agenda this morning is to take up an item which had been previously scheduled for Commission discussion and decision in which we, I believe, have now concurred so that it is reduced simply to an affirmation item..

Sam, if you would go ahead we will get that out of SECY-A-77-65B REVISED DRAFT ORDER RE PETITIONS IN BAILLY CP MR. CHILK:
This is SECY-A-77-65B, the subject is a Revised Draft Order for the Commission Disposition For Petitions for the Review or the Denial by the Director of NRR of Request to Initiate Proceeding for the Suspension and Revocation of the Bailly Construction Permit.
You will recall that some time ago the Commission was petitioned to review this determination by the Director of NRR to deny a request for the initiation proceeding~
to suspend*. and revoke a construction permit issued to the
~orthern Indiana Public Service Company to construct the Bailly generating station and subsequently you got identical
- petitions from,othe~s-~~ The petitioners made various assertions which the General Counsel has counter.
The General Counsel has recommended that the petition be denied.
What we are asking you to affirm today is the

petition which is attached, to SECY-A-77-65B with the addition of a Footnote which was given to you by the General Counsel in which he coordinated with all of your offices.
