11 formation will be placed in the Public Document room. The

12 paper recommends that we continue the policy of restricting

13 the distribution of certain sensitive safeguard information

- 14 under the authority of 10 CFR 2.790(d)ll).

15 All of you have concurred in the recommendation

16 with the exception of Mr. Gilinsky"";-. who is noted without

17 exception.
