discussed at open meetings. Since the meeting you had last week and now the Commissioners have reached an agreement on 6 a procedure to be followed, and there will be no need for a 7 discussion at this time.

8 I'm prepared to read the --

9 COMMISSIONER KENNEDY: This agreement was reached 10 by circulating a draft suggestion?

11 MR. HOYLE: Yes, sir, it was.

12 COMMISSIONER KENNEDY: Not by discussion?

13 MR. HOYLE: Not by discussion.

-: .... 14 COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: Why don't you read what 15 that is?

16 MR. HOYLE.: The Commissioners have agreed to 17 place immediately before the public meeting a reasonable 18 number of copies of the SECY paper or papers identified on 19 the Commission's schedule as the central issue for discussion, 20 to place these on a table in the rear of the Commission meet-21 ing room so that the public can more easily follow the 22 discussion. The paper will be placed in the Public Document 23 Room after the meeting.

24 The Commissioners have also agreed not to make Ace-Federal Reporters, Inc.

25 public allied papers at this time. However, this is a matter

3 mpb2 that's open and is to be studied by the Staff and brought 2 back at an early date.

3 COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: This is something we're 4 going to take up and address -- we're not going to go beyond 5 dealing with the SECY papers?

6 MR. HOYLE: That's right, that's all~

7 COMMISSIONER GILINSKY: Thank you very much.

8 (Whereupon, at 11:50 a.m., the hearing in the 9 above-entitled matter was concluded.)
