One is SECY-79-486 for the reappointment of Dr. Milton Plesset to the ACRS for another four-year term.
All of you have agreed to that, including our two missing Commissioners, so I would ask you to affirm your vote.

It's an approval under Section 145b of the Atomic Energy Act for the employment of Richard B. Hittings, a special assistant to Commissioner Ahearne, and to grant him access to national security information and restricted data.
All Commissioners have approved and I would ask you to affirm your vote.
