Biennial 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 72.48 Summary Reports As required by 10 CFR 50.59(d)(2) and 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) provides the following summary report of completed changes, tests, and experiments at the Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC) for the period of April 30, 2020 to May 1, 2022.
There were no 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations completed during the reporting period.
There were no 10 CFR 72.48 evaluations completed during the reporting period.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
