OF JULY 14, 2022, CLOSED PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING REGARDING FUTURE SUBMITTAL OF GLOBAL NUCLEAR FUELS - AMERICAS, LLC LANCR DOWNSTREAM IMPLEMENTATION TOPICAL REPORT (EPID L-2022-TOP-0031)
On July 14, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a virtual closed post-submittal meeting with the representatives from Global Nuclear Fuels - Americas, LLC (GNF) to discuss the future submittal of LANCR Downstream Implementation topical report (TR). The purpose of the meeting was for the GNF representatives to present proprietary information related to the future submittal of the TR. GNF provided an overview of the downstream methods licensing, LANCR02/PANAC11 method changes, affected downstream TRs, proposed downstream implementation approach, and the TR itself. The meeting was noticed on June 28, 2022, and the meeting notice is available in Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under Accession (ADAMS) No. ML22061A216. By a letter dated August 2, 2022, GNF submitted presentation slides (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML22214B740). A list of the attendees is enclosed.
