The NRC staff has prepared the attached draft environmental assessment (EA) and finding of no significant impact for the GE Hitachi Morris Operation ISFSI proposed license renewal. We are providing your offices with the opportunity to review and comment the draft EA before we issue it publicly. Please provide any comments you have by September 9, 2022.
The attached draft EA is password protected - I will send the password in a separate communication.
Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter. Note that Im available this week but will be on vacation August 15-26.
