Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc (NFS) requests the Nuclear Regulatory Comm1ss1on (NRC) utilize the 2022 Triennial Force-On-Force (FOF) exercise to fulfill the requirement of 10 CFR 73 46 (b)(9), which states "Durmg each of the 12-month penods, the NRG shall observe one of the force-on-force exercises which demonstrates overall secunty systems performance "

The 2022 NRC Observed Tactical Response Exercise was held the week of May 9, 2022 NFS does not consider the request to be a decrease in the safeguards effectiveness or of the facility's physical protection program
