The purpose of this letter is to provide updates to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) forms for Centrus Energy Corp. (Centrus) and American Centrifuge Operating, LLC. The updated OODEP forms are provided as Enclosures 1 and 2 respectively.
The documents have been executed by an individual shown on the OODEP Form.
Centrus requests enclosures 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(a)(6) and 9.17(a)(6), which state that personnel and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, are exempt from public disclosure. All enclosures contain personal information of this nature.
