In an e-mail dated July 17, 2022, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Humboldt Scientific, Inc. export license application XB1360, for the export of moisture/density gauges, not to exceed 30 gauges total for the duration of the requested license. In response to your e-mail, the NRC is returning the application to Humboldt Scientific, Inc. without action.
