The Commission is interested to hear your thoughts on the development of the rule.

To assist the Commission in preparing for the meeting, please e-m ail any w ritten material, including slides, to Wesley H eld (Wesley.Held@nrc.gov), and Monika Coflin (Monika.Coflin@nrc.gov ) i n the NRCs Office of the Secretary, by July 14, 2022, so that it can be distributed to the Commission for re view i n advance of the meeting. PowerPoint is the preferred format, but other el ectronic presentation formats may be us ed. This Commission meeting will be webcast live at the Web address : https://video.nrc.gov/, and materials pr ovided for the meeting will be posted on the NRC public W eb site prior to the meeting:

Your presentation at the Commission m eeting should be based on the assumption that Commissioners are familiar w ith the content of your w ritten material. Please plan your oral presentation for about 8 minutes, discussi ng the important points on which y ou wish to focus the Commissions attenti on. Please avoid the use of acronyms where possible. If you do use acronyms, please explain them dur ing your presentation. Following the presentations from all the members of the panel, the Commission will engage the panelists i n dialogue on the topics.

The NRC H eadquarters bui lding is l ocated opposite the White Flint Metro Station on Rockville Pike and Marinelli Drive, Rockville, Maryland. The White Flint M etro Station is on the Red Line of the Washington area subway s ystem. Reserved visitor p arking for C ommission guests i s availabl e. If you wish to use reserved parking, please notify Mr. Held in advance. If reserved parking has been arranged, please check i n with the security staff at the entrance to the NRC campus on Marinelli Drive when you arrive. A security g uard will call for an escort.

Please note that visitors will be screened through metal detec tors, will have their pac kages X-rayed, and will be required to present a picture i dentification card prior to signi ng in at the registration desk.
