Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 and 10 CFR 71.106, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy, has made no changes to the QATR since the letter submitted on July 30, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21211A000). QATR Revision 15 remains the current revision. This letter satisfies the 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) and 10 CFR 71.106(b) requirements to provide the NRC with notification that no changes were made to the quality assurance program since the last submission.
Summary of Commitments This letter makes no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
