The overall results of the CY 2021 self-assessment show that the ROP is effective in achieving program goals of being objective, risk-informed, understandable, and predictable, as well as supporting the agencys strategic safety and security goals: to ensure the safe and secure use of radioactive materials.
The ROP self-assessment program continues to actively seek feedback from all stakeholders, internal and external, with the goal of further enhancing and continuously improving the ROP.
