Completion of activities related to EPID L-2022-LLD-003, Quad Cities Potential NOED
- Nancy, On Monday July 4, 2022, Constellation contacted the NRC staff and requested that the NRC consider a notice of enforcement discretion (NOED) related to the Standby Gas Treatment System. NRR staff supported Constellations request to consider a NOED. Therefore, consistent with Appendix F of the Enforcement Manual, an EPID was opened for the NRC to track efforts expended in support of NOED requests. During a call on July 4, Constellation informed the NRC staff that a NOED was no longer needed. Based on Constellations request to withdraw the request, I am closing the associated EPID.
