Enclosed is an application (XCOM1351), dated July 5, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from Flowserve US Inc., for the export of spare parts for reactor re-circulation pumps to Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, Laguna Verde, Veracruz, Mexico.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances from the Government of Mexico will be appreciated. It should be noted, the applicant has requested an expedited review of this request.
Additionally, the dollar amount on page one of NRC Form 7 is proprietary information. The NRC will not include this information in the public record and requests that the Executive Branch agencies protect it as well.
