BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 2 AND 3 - CORRECTION OF ERRORS INCURRED DURING ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NOS. 338 AND 298
Dear Mr. Barstow:
The purpose of this letter is to issue corrections to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (Browns Ferry), Units 2 and 3, Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-52, and DPR-68.
During the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issuance of the subject amendments (Agencywide Documents and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21041A489) on April 8, 2021, it issued technical specification (TS) pages with additional punctuation that was not requested by Tennessee Valley Authority. On Browns Ferry, Unit 2, TS page 3.5-11a, and Browns Ferry, Unit 3, TS pages 3.6-2, 3.6-8, and 3.7-5, a period was placed after the words In accordance with the Surveillance Frequency Control Program in the FREQUENCY column.
The NRC concludes that these corrections are entirely editorial in nature and do not change the staffs previous conclusion in the safety evaluation for issuance of Amendment Nos. 338 and 298, nor do they affect the no significant hazards considerations, as published in the Federal Register on June 2, 2020 (85 FR 33752).
Enclosed, please find corrected TS page 3.5-11a for Unit 2, and TS pages 3.6-2, 3.6-8, and 3.7-5 for Unit 3.
