Request for Withdrawal from Review for Amendment 5 from CoC 72-1026 Renewal Application

Renewal of the FuelSolutions CoC 72-1026 was submitted by Westinghouse via Reference 1 for review and approval. The renewal application included aging management information for each of the 5 Amendments to CoC 72-1026.
Due to ongoing refinements in the spent fuel storage portfolio, Westinghouse wishes to withdraw the CoC 72-1026 Amendment 5 Aging Management portion of the submittal from further NRC review and requests that no further review activities be undertaken by the NRC. Westinghouse requests that review continue for the remainder of the submittal, the aging management information submitted for Amendments 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4.
