In accordance with Title 10 Code of the Federal Regulations (CFR) 50.82 Termination of license section (a)(4)(i), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC hereby reports to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and copying the affected State, that the licenses were transferred from Entergy Nuclear Palisades, LLC (ENP) to Holtec Palisades, LLC on June 28, 2022.
This Palisades Nuclear Plant Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR) was contingent upon NRC approval of the License Transfer Application (Reference 1) and the transfer of the Palisades licenses (Reference 2).

Singh Technology Campus, 1 Holtec Blvd., Camden, NJ 08104 Telephone (856) 797-0900 Fax (856) 797-0909 Page 2 of 2 PNP HDI 2022-022 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.82(a)(4), HDI is requesting the NRC to review the Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report including Site-Specific Decommissioning Cost Estimate (DCE) for Palisades Nuclear Plant (Reference 3).
There have been no changes to the PSDAR or Site-Specific DCE for Palisades Nuclear Plant since the report was submitted to the NRC on 12/23/2020 (Reference 3).
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
