ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW (EPID L-2020-LLA-0105), December 21st, 2020 (ML21154A156)
Amendment 5 to Certificate of Conformance (CoC) 72-1026 was submitted by Westinghouse via Reference 1 for review. The NRC issued their acceptance for review in Reference 2.
Due to ongoing refinements in the spent fuel storage portfolio, Westinghouse wishes to withdraw this Amendment submittal from further NRC review and requests that no further review activities be undertaken by the NRC.
