STAFF REQUIREMENTS - BRIEFING ON RESULTS OF THE AGENCY ACTION REVIEW MEETING On June 16, 2022, the Commission was briefed by the NRC staff on the results of the Agency Action Review Meeting. The staff discussed material and waste performance trends, the calendar year (CY) 2021 Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) self-assessment, the status of the ROP during the COVID-19 pandemic, the trend in green ROP inspection findings, the CY 2021 construction ROP self-assessment, and the anticipated transition of Vogtle Unit 3 from construction to operations.

The meeting, which was held on Microsoft Teams at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, was open to members of the public attending in person in the Commissioners Conference Room, One White Flint North, Rockville, Maryland, and via webcast.

No requirements were identified for staff action.
