SUBJECT: NOTIFICATION OF INITIATION OF ACTIVITIES LICENSE NUMBER 50-35484-01
By letter dated May 27, 2022, you provided notification to this office that you would initiate
certain activities under the subject license at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. This notification
was required by License Condition 15. The Materials Inspection Branch has been notified of
this proposed activity. Please submit copy of the written agreement between the licensee and
the customer for this activity. You can contact this office at 817-200-1189 if you have any
questions about this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be
available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the
