VENDOR INSPECTION OF SAFER PEICO MEMPHIS, TN FACILITY
Dear Mr. Crawley:
This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform an inspection of the SAFER PEICo facility in Memphis, TN to review implementation the storing, handling, and supplying portable equipment to be used by licensees to comply with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.155, Mitigation of beyond-design-basis events.
As discussed in the phone call on June 8, 2022; the NRC inspection team plans to arrive at your facility on Monday, July 25, 2022, and will conduct an inspection through Thursday, July 28, 2022. Subsequent to the inspection, a report will be issued and transmitted to you via letter.
