Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and.
Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 27 Pursuant to 1 0 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2); Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation) is submitting Revision 27 to the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Changes to this documentwere implemented on April 21, 2022. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Constellation is submitting these changes within 60 days of*
implementation (i.e., no later than June 20, 2022)..
- This revision of the TMI Physical Security Plan (PSP) has been changed to align with a newly installed Security Modification and a Security Response Force member adjustment.
Constellation has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards
. effectiveness of the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, Constellation requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1 ), and 1 0 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific R~quirements," paragraph (a)(1)'(i).
There are no commitments in this letter.
