Remove Reports of transactions involving nationally tracked sources NOT APPLICABLE TO CO RULE Colorado initially incorporated the NSTS requirements of RATS 2006-3 as legally binding license conditions.

The requirements of 20.2207(h) were originally incorporated into those license conditions (NRC review letter dated 10/21/2008; ML082880091).

(h) Each licensee that possesses Category 1 nationally tracked sources shall report its initial inventory of Category 1 nationally tracked sources to the National Source Tracking System by January 31, 2009.

Each licensee that possesses Category 2 nationally tracked sources shall report its initial inventory of Category 2 nationally tracked sources to the National Source Tracking System by January 31, 2009.

The legally binding license condition equivalent to 20.2207(h) was never incorporated in the Colorado Part 4 final rulemaking in 2013 since the date referenced in the provision had passed and was no longer applicable.
