Home Technical Sessions â T2 T2 Licensing and Oversight Lessons from the Pandemic This session will bring together senior principals from international regulatory authorities to discuss how regulatory approaches have changed as the result of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The session will focus on the fungibility of nuclear regulatory authorities and discuss best practices from the past two years that can be leveraged in a post-pandemic environment (e.g., modified inspection schedules, remote inspections, extended teleworking). The session will highlight the importance of real-time sharing of regulatory information across borders, which is often unseen by external stakeholders.
