COMMITMENT Due Date/Event COMN Ameren Missouri will not alternate between suppliers of fresh reactor fuel assemblies after selection of a fuel vendor for operating cycle 28. Ameren Missouri will not utilize a combination of mixed batches of fresh fuel from multiple vendors following the completion of fuel transition addressed by this amendment.
5/16/2022 50438 Following the removal from the core of the last coresident fuel supplied by the non-selected fuel vendor, Ameren Missouri will revise the Technical Specifications to eliminate reference to the Technical Specifications applicable to the non-selected fuel vendor.
LAR submittal to be provided within 6 months following the removal from the core of the last coresident fuel supplied by the non-selected fuel vendor.
