COMMITMENT Due Date/Event COMN Ameren Missouri will not alternate between 5/16/2022 50438 suppliers of fresh reactor fuel assemblies after selection of a fuel vendor for operating cycle 28. Ameren Missouri will not utilize a combination of mixed batches of fresh fuel from multiple vendors following the completion of fuel transition addressed by this amendment.
