This report is required by Reference 1. contains Security-Related Information and American Centrifuge Operating, LLC requests this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(d)(l). Additionally, this enclosure has been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by U.S. Department of Energy, to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR Part 810.
