Dear Sir or Madam:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.82(a)(7), ADP CR3, LLC, (ADP CR3) is submitting updated Decommissioning Cost Estimate (DCE) tables. In reference 1, ADP CR3 submitted a Revised Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (Revised PSDAR) which contained revised DCE tables. In reference 2, ADP CR3 submitted Supplemental Information in Support of the Revised Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report and Decommissioning Cost Estimate (Reference 1).

The DCE has been updated using actual cost for the first two years of active decommissioning described in the DCE (2020 and 2021). The revised tables reflect no change to the original Non-ISFSI O&M SubTotal costs, but only reflect actual ADP Costs for the first two years with revised projects for the remaining periods. The ISFSI O&M SubTotal has been updated to reflect the December 31, 2021, Site Specific Cost Estimate. The revised DCE tables are attached.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
