NORTHWEST MEDICAL ISOTOPES, LLC - TERMINATION OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT NO. CPMIF-002 (EPID NO. L-2022-LLL-0007)

Dear Mr. Cahill:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved the termination of Northwest Medical Isotopes, LLC (NWMI) Medical Radioisotope Production Facility (RPF) Construction Permit No. CPMIF-002, issued under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 50, Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities.

This action is in response to your request to terminate the NWMI RPF construction permit, dated February 7, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML22084A004). This action is effective upon NWMIs receipt of this letter.

A copy of the termination Federal Register notice is enclosed for your information. The notice has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
