OF APRIL 27, 2022, MEETING WITH NIOWAVE, INC.
On April 27, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a virtual Microsoft Teams meeting with Niowave, Inc. (Niowave). Niowave had requested this Observation Meeting to discuss its proposed 10 CFR Part 70 application for a medical isotope facility it plans to construct in Lansing, Michigan. The first session of the meeting was open to the public while the second session was closed to the public for discussion of proprietary information. The meeting notice and agenda, dated April 15, 2022, is available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML22105A109.
Niowaves presentations (slides) for the open (public) session (ML22129A075) and closed (non-public) session (ML22129A076) are also in ADAMS. The list of attendees and summaries of the open and closed sessions are enclosed.
