Extension Request for Response to Integrated Inspection Report 70-31 03/2022001
Reference:
Urenco USA - Integrated Inspection Report 07003103/2022001, dated April 29th, 2022 On May 12th, 2022, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA),
received the referenced inspection report that transmitted the results of your recent Operational Safety inspection. One Severity Level IV Non Cited Violation (NCV) was documented in the report.
If UUSA desires to contest the violation, the response is to be provided within 30 days of the letter resulting in a due date on May 30, 2022. The purpose of this letter is to request an extension for the response. The issue identified in the NCV was placed in our corrective action program and currently has a target date near the end of May. We are requesting a 2 week extension to June 13 to provide a response if needed.
