This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.
Purpose:
Discuss the interagency recommendation for seeking prior approval to track foreign obligations on low enriched uranium enriched 10% or less Receive industry. Receive comments and questions from industry about impacts to changing the E1 limiting boundary for low enriched uranium from 5% to 10%.
