OF THE APRIL 26, 2022, AND APRIL 27, 2022, CLOSED MEETINGS WITH WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO DISCUSS WHITE PAPERS REGARDING THE EVINCITM MICRO-REACTOR DESIGN The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held closed meetings on April 26, 2022, and April 27, 2022, to discuss six white papers related to the eVinciTM micro-reactor design. On March 31, 2022, Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted six white papers on aspects of the eVinciTM micro-reactor design (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22090A127). The NRC staff provided questions to Westinghouse on April 22, 2022, to support the discussions during the closed meetings. During the meetings on April 26, 2022, and April 27, 2022, Westinghouse described the content of each white paper and addressed the questions that had been provided to the NRC prior to the meeting.

The closed meeting notice can be found in ADAMS at ML22103A065. This meeting was closed to the public because the white papers are withheld in their entirety from public disclosure as proprietary commercial information.
