- Hello, Please find attached the Utility Workers Union of Americas (UWUAs) request for an extension for the comment period of the Proposed Rule for Regulatory Improvements for Decommissioning Facilities, Docket ID NRC-2015-0070. UWUA believes that in order to respond appropriately, taking into consideration the long-term social, economic, and environmental impacts of this draft rule and the extensive written record associated with it, that an extension until August 31st, 2022 is necessary.
