Purpose:
The purpose of this Pre-decisional Enforcement Conference is to discuss the circumstances surrounding and the corrective actions for three apparent violations of NRC requirements that were identified following the licensees report of radiation exposure in late 2021 to the hands of three workers in excess of NRC regulatory limits.
