DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 CORRECTION TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AMENDMENT (EPID L-2022-LLM-0000)
Dear Mr. Rhoades:
By letter dated February 1, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML22021B662), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued, in part, an amendment to the indemnity agreement for Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 (Dresden). By letter dated February 15, 2022 (ML22046A254),
Constellation Energy Generation, LLC submitted a signed copy of this amendment, as requested by the NRC staff in its letter. Subsequently, the NRC staff identified that this amendment was incorrectly numbered as amendment No. 26 instead of amendment No. 27.
Therefore, the signed copy of the amendment to the indemnity agreement for Dresden that was submitted on February 15, 2022, is null and void.
Enclosed with this letter is a digitally signed copy of the amendment to the indemnity agreement for Dresden with the correct amendment number. Within 15 days, return a signed copy of the corrected amendment to the NRCs Document Control Desk as proof of acceptance. A signed original copy of the corrected amendment should be kept for your records.
