CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9358, REVISION NO. 6, FOR THE MODEL NO. TN-LC PACKAGE
Dear Mr. Shaw:
As requested by your application dated August 9, 2021, as supplemented February 28 and April 29, 2022, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9358, Revision No. 6, for the Model No. TN-LC package. As requested by your letter dated March 22, 2022, the certificate of compliance was also renewed for a 5-year term. The staff's Safety Evaluation Report is enclosed.
TN Americas LLC has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR 71.17 or 49 CFR 173.471.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
