Because this is an interim response to your request, you may not appeal at this time. We will notify you of your right to appeal any of the responses we have issued in response to your request when we issue our final determination.

This is in response to your December 6, 2021 FOIA request. We searched for records responsive to your request within the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Staff from OCIO, including the Agency Records Officer, searched for the SF115, "Request for Records Disposition Authority" (with National Archives and Records Administration) and the SF135, "Records Transmittal and Receipt" (to the Federal Records Center),
related to the specific record that was requested. Search efforts did not uncover an SF115 or SF135 that included a description of the specific record that was requested. OCIO recalled boxes of documents from the Federal Records Center whose description contained "Wolf Creek" or "Limerick" during the identified time period. We were unable to locate agency records responsive to your request.
You will be issued a refund in the amount of $3,023.64. The actual billable time spent on your request is 4 hours4.62963e-5 days
0.00111 hours
6.613757e-6 weeks
1.522e-6 months
at $81.72/
