I am sending these copies to u in accor'aance with our discussion in Washington on August 27.
As I told you during my visit in Washington these plans have en presented a narrative fashion to the Wood County Commission, Mr. William Aaroe, Director of the Industrial Hygiene Division, Radiological Health Program, West Virginia State Department of Health and representatives of the L. B. Foster Company.
We have sent copies of the stabilization _plan to Mr. Aaroe and to L. B. Foster Company, and have also sent copies to representatives of the Carborundum Company.
After revi ng the report, please let ne know when you wish' to meet to discuss the details and future Action.
