THREE MILE ISLAND STATION, UNIT 1 - FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT WITH THE ASSOCIATED ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT RELATED TO THE USE OF THE DECOMMISSIONING TRUST FUND FOR SITE RESTORATION (EPID: L-2021-LLE-0030)
Dear Mr. Rhoades:
Enclosed is a copy of the Finding of No Significant Impact with the associated Environmental Assessment related to the exemption request dated May 20, 2021, for Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG). The proposed action would exempt CEG from requirements in Sections 50.82(a)(8)(i)(A) and 50.75(h)(1)(iv) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations related to the use of funds from the decommissioning trust fund for site restoration for Three Mile Island Station, Unit 1.
The Finding of No Significant Impact with the associated Environmental Assessment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
